Primary Function:

The principal function of the EBCAD Director of Operations is to manage and implement the daily and long-term direction of the East Boise County Ambulance District, including emergency response, recovery mitigation and planning. Responsibilities include management and administration of ambulance service within the ambulance district. The job requires strong leadership and organizational skills to train and manage a large paid and volunteer staff and develop emergency operations plans. The EBCAD Director of Operations works under the direct supervision of the EBCAD Governing Board and the EBCAD Medical Director, with significant leeway granted for the exercise of independent judgment and initiative. The principal duties are performed in a general office environment, with occasional field inspections required.

Primary Function:

The principal function of the EBCAD Personnel Officer is to assist with EBCAD administrative functions involving EBCAD personnel. These activities include the hiring process, personnel records, scheduling, and miscellaneous financial activities. The EBCAD Personnel Officer works under the direct supervision of the EBCAD Director of Operations. The principal duties are performed in a general office environment, with occasional field inspections required.

Primary Function:

The principal function of the EBCAD Logistics Officer is to assist with the logistics of EBCAD inventory and assets. Duties include inventory control, inventory counting, vehicle maintenance/repairs and facility upkeep/repairs. The job requires knowledge of EMS supplies, facility maintenance, and vehicle maintenance. The EBCAD Logistics Officer works under the direct supervision of the EBCAD Director of Operations. The principal duties are performed in a general office environment, with occasional field inspections required.

Primary Function:

The principal function of the EBCAD Billing Clerk is to handle the EBCAD patient accounts for services rendered by EBCAD. Duties include billing, accounts receivable, communications and record keeping. The EBCAD Billing Clerk works under the direct supervision of the EBCAD Director of Operations. The principal duties are performed in a general office environment.
